Yeah, the names in the smoke is something Greg does a lot in his art. It's a fun Easter egg thing to look for.
Perez rubble?
These are awesome sketches, the characters are so big and full and I love how he draws Templar's soulblade.
Perez rubble is just what is sounds like, rubble (rocks and debris) drawn by George Perez. Many people claim that no one draws rubble like Perez and often you can tell his art just by looking at it, lol. Look back through some of his art and you'll see.
