This sketch is of HC Noel's character Vincent from his new series, Vincent: The Painter of Death. Currently a webcomic, Howie (HC) plans on releasing Vincent as an anthology later this year. This guy looks really awesome. I also thought of Sweeny Todd when I saw him. I definitely gotta check this book out.
Yeah, lol, he's not Sweeny Todd, but I can see what you guys mean. I still think he looks cool and interesting. :)
