Since her new ongoing series came out this week, I thought I'd take a crack at drawing Powergirl. I never really liked Powergirl until she started appearing in JSA. Since then they've really developed her. And I'm not talking about what developed naturally on her, lol. With Amanda Conner drawing her new series, it was a no-brainer that I was going to get it. Amanda is one of my favorite artists and I want to support her. Also, I want to support this new series since so many other new books at DC seem to have been cancelled recently (Manhunter, Blue Beetle). I decided to just draw Powergirl in a classic stance and try to make her look tough yet still feminine.

Another really great one. i'm loving power girl more and more. i think i may start this new book she's in
...and surprisingly anatomically proportionate. Well done!
Thanks, guys. Glad you like her. Not sure how the book is just yet, Noel. But the first issue wasn't bad and I really do think it'll only get better.
And that's what I was going for, Philip. :)Thanks!
Nah dude...boobs are too small. Power Girl is the one female in the comic book world who has, and deserves, those breasts!!!
Ha! lol, I was waiting for someone to say they were too small. Funny, but when I first pencilled her they were much bigger. Guess they shrunk when inked.
Maybe I'll do her again once I've gotten better and make her a bit bigger for ya. :)
rich, her breasts aren't big enough!!! you can she her chin. *sighs* its good thugh lol. just remember, next time, no chin just breasts!
I still think I made her pretty endowded here. I didn't want to make them too huge. (I'm saving that for Big Barda, lol).
