COUNT VICIOUS BY JERRY GAYLORD

Here's another of the awesome sketches I got recently. This sketch of Count Vicious was done by the talented Jerry Gaylord at the 2009 Pittsburgh Comic Con. Jerry is another fourth of the team known as ID Comics and just as equally talented as all the others. Jerry is also married to the lovely, Penny Gaylord (who drew the sweet Heartache sketch I posted last week). I was really surprised that Jerry picked Count Vicious to draw. As one of the major character in the SENTINELS storyline it was funny that I had never gotten any sketches of him. I love Jerry's style and think he did an excellent job. I also love the angle he used. Perfect! I'm really glad he choose to draw him. Check out more of Jerry's work at http://www.thefranchize.deviantart.com/ .

This sketch is awesome! We don't see the count in his full demon glory too much and this image definitely helps picture him better. This makes me wanna see more Count Vicious stories, but I guess he was pretty much taken care of, not to mention locked up for years. O well. Great sketch anyway.

Glad you him, Keefer. And yeah, this sketch is totally inspirational. There's a whole period of time that Vicious was in this timeline, so who knows what stories could have happened then. Maybe I'll have to think about that sometime. :)
